As part of its strategic corporate shift in direction outlined in its November 16th, 2022 press release (https://3dxindustries.com/2022/11/22/3dx-industries-inc-update-to-shareholders), the company will be focusing its efforts on increasing cash flow within its 3D print division, redistribution of its subtractive services and increasing its exposure within the Government contracts division.  As part of this refinement in operations and strategic planning it was determined that the share buyback program did not fit within its objectives of increasing cash flow and corporate growth in the coming year and as such the share buyback program has been terminated.
