Seattle WA, November 30th, 2022 – 3DX Industries Inc. (OTCM: DDDX) (“3DX” or the “Company”) an advanced manufacturer specializing in 3D Metal Printing and advanced additive manufacturing technologies, is providing this summary of recent corporate actions taken to position the company for continued growth in the coming calendar year.
Management is pleased to announce the promotion of the following individuals within the company. Mr. Adam Bierschenk will now head up our additive manufacturing division as VP Additive Manufacturing. Mr. Bierschenk will be responsible for the expansion and operation of the companies additive manufacturing division as well as maintaining his position as General Manager. Mr. Harold Blackwell will move from acquisitions to Government Contracts Lead and will be the initial point of contact for this division within the company.
As part of its strategic corporate shift in direction outlined in its November 16th, 2022 press release (https://3dxindustries.com/2022/11/22/3dx-industries-inc-update-to-shareholders), the company will be focusing its efforts on increasing cash flow within its 3D print division, redistribution of its subtractive services and increasing its exposure within the Government contracts division. As part of this refinement in operations and strategic planning it was determined that the share buyback program did not fit within its objectives of increasing cash flow and corporate growth in the coming year and as such the share buyback program has been terminated. No shares were purchased pursuant to the plan.
The Company has successfully completed registration in the DIBBS system as announced in its November 18th press release (https://3dxindustries.com/2022/11/22/3dx-industries-inc-provides-update-on-government-contracts-division). The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) provides automated access to 85% of DLA’s solicitations, which support America’s combat logistics. The company is working on the final steps required to complete the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) self-assessment and the JCP (Joint Certification Program). 3DX is working with NavalX, NW Tech Bridge and is currently in discussions with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Keyport, WA. The company will support the DLA on both the aviation side (Air Force) and the naval side (Navy). Management will continue its conversations with both agencies regarding our capabilities and how 3DX can best support their requirements.
